that require only 5 ingredients each (excluding pantry staples). And who doesn’t love a 5-ingredient recipe?!
The majority of the recipes are appropriate for the Phase 4 diet…also called the solid stage or lifelong diet. However, there are some recipes appropriate for the early stages after surgery.
Choose from delicious high protein, low sugar recipes including smoothies, breakfasts, sides and vegetables, vegetarian entrees, poultry, seafood, beef and pork entrees, dressings, sauces, drinks and treats.
Fudge Mocha Shake, Cinnamon Walnut Protein Bowl, Butternut Squash and Black Bean Soup, or Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs anyone? Anyone?...Bueller? ;)
